Yogurt Ladyfingers Dessert

This is a very easy, no-cook dessert great for hot summer days. You can prepare it in less than 10 minutes.



 Ingredients:

1 big package ladyfingers
5-6 cups cups of plain yogurt
4 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. vanilla
strawberries or blueberries

In a bowl mix yogurt, honey and vanilla.
Place a layer of ladyfingers on the bottom of a glass pan. Spread the half of the yogurt mixture. Place a second layer of ladyfingers and finish with the rest of the yogurt covering them good. If it's necessary add more yogurt and honey.
Cover and refrigerate for couple of hours. Top with strawberries and/or blueberries.

Pair with a glass of Riesling.
